Prosciutto Pizza Toastcook time
- 3 slices Goldminer® Sourdough Cracked Wheat Square Bread
- 6 tablespoons fig jam
- ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices prosciutto
- ½ cup arugula
- ¼ cup Parmesan shavings
- Balsamic glaze
- Special Tools:
- Air fryer
Spread 2 tablespoons of fig jam on each slice of bread.
Sprinkle desired amount of Mozzarella cheese on top of fig jam layer.
Place each slice of bread in the air fryer for 3 minutes at 370°F, or 10 minutes in a 350°F conventional oven
Top the cooked bread slices with 2 slices of prosciutto, a sprinkle of arugula and Parmesan shavings.
Finish by drizzling desired amount of balsamic glaze on top and serve.
