Berry Bliss Bruschetta

  • 1 California Goldminer® Sourdough Flute bread, sliced ½-inch thick

  • 10 oz. Mascarpone cheese

  • 1 cup blackberries

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

  • 1 cup sliced apricot

  • ⅓ cup fresh mint, minced


  1. Heat broiler. Arrange flute slices on a baking sheet and toast under broiler until lightly golden (approximately 1-2 minutes). Spread Mascarpone on each toasted slice. Top with berries, apricot and a pinch of mint.
