Berry Bliss Bruschettacook time
1 California Goldminer® Sourdough Flute bread, sliced ½-inch thick
10 oz. Mascarpone cheese
1 cup blackberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced apricot
⅓ cup fresh mint, minced
- Heat broiler. Arrange flute slices on a baking sheet and toast under broiler until lightly golden (approximately 1-2 minutes). Spread Mascarpone on each toasted slice. Top with berries, apricot and a pinch of mint.
