  • 1 California Goldminer® Sourdough Flute bread
  • 1 large sliced radish
  • ½ medium sliced red onion
  • 2 sliced cherry tomatoes 1 sliced carrot, sliced
  • 1 handful mixed greens
  • 3 ounces pesto

Directions

  1. Cut California Goldminer® Sourdough Baguette in half length-wise.
  2. Spread pesto on inside top half of baguette.
  3. Layer greens, carrot, radish, onions and tomatoes on bottom half of baguette.
  4. Cover with top half and enjoy.
