Chipotle Turkey Sourdough Panini

- 4 slices California Goldminer® Toasted Onion Square
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 4 slices tomato
- 6 slices carved turkey
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. chipotle mayo

- Panini press
- Coat panini press with non-stick cooking spray and set to medium-high heat. Lay 1 slice of bread down and layer on half of the avocado, two tomato slices, 3 slices of turkey, 2 slices of bacon and 2 slices of cheese.
- Spread 1 tbsp. of chipotle mayo on a second slice of bread and lay it, mayo side down, on top of the cheese.
- Press down the panini maker and cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted (approximately 5 minutes). Repeat to make the second sandwich.
