Chocolate, Brie & Berry Sourdough Toast

  • 4 slices California GoldminerĀ® Sourdough Sourdough SquareĀ  Bread, toasted
  • 8 oz. Brie
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 dark chocolate bar


  1. Layer slices of Brie on each toast slice.
  2. In a medium bowl, lightly mash the raspberries with the back of a spoon. Top Brie with raspberries.
  3. Using a vegetable peeler, shave chocolate bar over raspberries.
