- 1 California Goldminer® Sourdough Long loaf
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Mustard
- 4-6 Slices roast pork
- 8 Slices ham
- 8 Slices pickle
- 4 Slices Swiss cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the loaf of bread in half horizontally and spread the bottom half with mustard. Top with roast pork, sliced ham, pickles, cheese and the remaining bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the outside is crisp.
