- 4 slices California Goldminer® Sourdough Sourdough Square
- 4 oz. creamy Goat cheese
- 8 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- Micro greens (if available)
- Drizzle the bread with some oil and toast it till golden in the oven or in a pan.
- Spread with goat cheese and top with radishes and cucumbers.
- Plate and add some salt, pepper, parsley and micro greens if available.
- Finish off with a small drizzle of olive oil.
