Grilled Melon Prosciutto Toastcook time
- 1 slice California Goldminer® Sourdough Sourdough Square, toasted
- ¼ cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 slice melon, grilled and cut into quarter pieces
- 2 slices prosciutto, cut in half
- 2 tbsp. basil
- Honey, to taste
- Cut the slice of bread into quarter triangles. Layer Ricotta, grilled melon, prosciutto and basil on each piece.
- Top each piece with a drizzle of honey and enjoy!
