Lingonberry & Ham Sourdough Sammie

ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), WATER, SALT, VEGETABLE OIL (CANOLA OIL OR SOYBEAN OIL), YEAST, CULTURED WHEAT FLOUR.
- 4 slices California Goldminer® Sourdough Sourdough Square Bread, lightly toasted
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 8-10 slices carved ham
- 4 slices White Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lingonberry jam
- 1 cup arugula
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Spread mustard on each toast slice. Top with ham and cheese. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle lingonberry jam over cheese. Top with arugula, and serve open-faced.
