
Pear, Prosciutto & Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients
- 1 California Goldminer® Sourdough Flute bread, cut into ½-inch-thick slices and toasted
- 6 tbsp. Goat cheese
- 6 oz. prosciutto
- 1 pear, sliced thin
- Dried parsley, to taste
Directions
- Spread Goat cheese on each toasted flute slice. Layer each with prosciutto and one pear slice. Garnish with a pinch of dried parsley to taste.
