Pear, Prosciutto & Goat Cheese Crostini

  • 1 California GoldminerĀ® Sourdough Flute bread, cut into Ā½-inch-thick slices and toasted
  • 6 tbsp. Goat cheese
  • 6 oz. prosciutto
  • 1 pear, sliced thin
  • Dried parsley, to taste


  1. Spread Goat cheese on each toasted flute slice. Layer each with prosciutto and one pear slice. Garnish with a pinch of dried parsley to taste.
