Prosciutto Meltcook time
- 4 slices California Goldminer® Jaco bread
- 2 tbsp. butter
- ⅓ lb. Fontina cheese, sliced
- ½ lb. prosciutto ¾ cup fresh arugula
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of each bread slice. Place two slices, butter side down, in skillet and top each bread slice with one slice Fontina cheese. Once the cheese begins to soften, top with prosciutto and arugula, and fold sandwiches together. Continue to cook, carefully flipping intermittently, until golden brown on both sides.
