Roast Beef & Horseradish on Seeded Rye Sourdough

  • 2 slices Goldminer® Sourdough Seeded Rye Square Bread 
  • Arugula
  • ¼ lb. roast beef
  • 3 thin slices red onion 
  • 2 thick slices beefsteak tomato
  • Horseradish Cream Cheese Spread (recipe follows)
  • Horseradish Cream Cheese Spread Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. horseradish
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper


  1. Make the Horseradish Cream Cheese Spread. Mix cream cheese, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, chives, salt and pepper in a bowl until thoroughly combined. 
  2. Make the sandwich. Spread desired amount of Horseradish Cream Cheese Spread on 1 slice of bread. Layer on a handful of arugula, roast beef, and onion and tomato slices. Spread more Horseradish Cream Cheese Spread on the remaining slice of bread, and place atop sandwich.
