Skillet Croutonscook time
- ½ cup (125 mL) California Goldminer® Sourdough Large Boule
- ½ cup (125 mL) Olive oil
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Salt
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) Pepper
- Cut the bread into bite-sized cubes. Place in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet oven medium-high. Add the bread cubes and cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
