- 2 slices California Goldminer® Sourdough Sourdough Square Bread
- 3 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 3-4 slices ham
- 5 slices roasted pork
- 2-3 pickles
- Spread mustard on one slice of bread. Top with one slice of Swiss cheese, ham, pork, pickles, second slice of cheese and second slice of bread.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Place sandwich in pan and cook until bread is golden brown on bottom (approximately 3-5 minutes). Flip and cook until second slice of bread is golden brown, and the cheese has melted.
