- 4 slices California Goldminer Sourdough Jaco bread
- 2 farm fresh eggs
- 2 slices of deli turkey, ham or salmon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hollandaise sauce
Directions
- Place slice of meat of your choice on top of California Goldminer Sourdough slices.
- Cook eggs over easy and place over meat.
- Warm up hollandaise in small saucepan and pour over eggs. Salt and pepper to taste, then serve
