- 2 slices California Goldminer Sourdough Sourdough Square, toasted
- ½ avocado, cut into ½” slices
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
- ½ red onion, sliced thin
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 leaves of leaf lettuce
- Layer leaf lettuce, avocado, onion, yellow pepper on to half slice of toasted sourdough.
- Spread mayonnaise on other half of Sourdough and place onto layered veggies.
